Does Braised provide serving ware?
Braised Kitchen and Catering will provide all necessary set ware needed. That includes chaffers, platters, wood boards, serving utensils, bowls & beverage dispensers. If you have preferences, please reach out to see options in different looks to match the décor of your event.
Can you provide dishes, cups, linens & flatware?
Yes, we can organize acquiring and transporting these items to your event. We find the best prices from various rental companies. We charge a 10% service fee on top of the bid received from the rental companies to organize and transport. We take care of returning all rentals.
Will you provide servers, bussers and/or bartenders?
Yes for an additional cost per team member needed. Just ask your braised Kitchen rep to include this in your proposal.
How is your event pricing arranged?
We will give you an all-inclusive per person price. Your proposal will be itemized so you can see the price break down for each line item i.e., labor, food cost, beverage cost, additional rentals or equipment needed to service your event &/or traveling fees (if needed).
What is the production fee?
The production fee covers associated costs in catering your event. Insurance, traveling to and from event (Inside Tulare County), set up and clean up. 18% is added on to the food & non-alcoholic beverages before tax, events at Braised Kitchen restaurant and pick up orders are not subject to the production fee.
